Local Updates with Councilmember Mike Bonin & Meet Board of Supervisors Candidate Jan Perry
Join the Westchester-Playa Democratic Club for a local update from Councilmember Mike Bonin on the 11th District. Get the latest updates on issues like affordable housing, homelessness, and LA’s Green New Deal.
Club members will also have the opportunity to hear from former City Councilmember Jan Perry, candidate for the LA County Board of Supervisors District 2 in 2020. The Club has invited all three candidates to speak to our members this fall.
Finally, stick around for a bit after the program to help us write a few postcards to voters in Virginia. Their state elections are coming up in November, and every voter contact matters. We literally missed taking back the VA House of Delegates in 2017 by a single vote. Let's not let that happen this year! Supplies will be provided.
