Phone Banks, Texting, and Postcards
We are motivated to get out the vote this year, and we hope you'll join us. It's all-hands on deck for mid-term madness!
We're continuing our voter outreach events by making phone calls to Orange County voters to help our neighboring districts flip from red to blue. Things are looking good for us this year, with the tide turning toward Democrats, but we still need to make sure voters are informed and motivated! Phone calls will focus on one of these districts: CA- 39 (Rep. Ed Royce), CA-45 (Rep. Mimi Walters), CA-48 (Rep. Dana Rohrabacher) and CA-49 (Rep. Darrell Issa).
And if phone calls aren't your thing, we'll have something for everyone:
- You can write postcards about issues to elected officials or you can write directly to voters in nationwide campaigns.
- And if the text system is running by then, we'll make that an option as well.
But it won't be all work. We'll have prizes throughout the evening and a little socializing over cheese and wine. Join us for a little fun and a lot of flipping!
These events will be held at a complex in Playa Vista; the address will be provided upon RSVP.
